I don't do scripted presentations or high-pressure closes. The first conversation is usually just about what you're trying to do and whether I can genuinely help.

I've spent 5 years in Austin real estate — as an agent working directly with clients and as Director of Operations for a top-producing team. That means I understand every phase of a transaction at a deeper level than most agents ever see.

If you're buying, I'll tell you what I actually think of the home, the street, and the price. If you're selling, you'll get an honest valuation — not one inflated to win your listing. I read every contract line. I flag everything unusual. That's the job.
